Clear shield material has finally arrived and is used to make a working prototype of face shield. The material is a transparent shield that can be wiped clean with alcohol without clouding the plastic.
Improvements made:
added thicker inner foam band for comfort
rounded edges of clear shield to prevent cuts
using 4 rivets instead of 3, improved mounting of shield to headband
